Missoula - Andaconda - Phillipsburg, Via The Northwest Passage, Day-1

This trip was for going to Missoula, Mt to have the truck worked on for a power increase. The trip was via U.S. Highway 12 part of the Northwest Passage. It will take us along the Clearwater River, heading in a up river path. The route will also take us for 100 miles along the Lochsa River this is one of the best rides you can take, really scenic. The road sign says no gas or diesel for the next 88 miles. We followed the road up river to Lolo Pass (this is the state line for ID and MT)and then on to the town of Lolo. Road signs near Lolo Pass said Moose Crossing, we saw only deer.

We spend the night in Missoula, to be at the service center in the morning at 07:00. See day two for the rest of the story.
