Mount Hood - Columbia River Gorge Loop Day-2

Today 19 Apr 09, we again started our travels at 07:00 we continued the loop on highway 26 a segment of The Oregon Trail and also known as Mount Hood Oregon Scenic Trail. We saw the Hood from the west, south and again the east. On the south side we passed through Mount Hood National Forest. I am not interested in the commercial side of thing, however, we went to the Mount Hood Ski Resort to use there parking lot to take more photos, this was the closest we got, the base was in the parking lot. The east side was some of the nicest views while driving through apple orchards. At the end of the loop we crossed the river on a narrow toll bridge and headed east on the Washington side. Today we saw Osprey, 10 Big Horn Sheep, Coyotes and a family of 8 or 10 Rabbits.

Again the amount of picture is to many for the blog. So I will post them on the net and give a link. If you have trouble with the link all have to due is copy the link and paste it to the browser.
