Olympic Scenic Loop Waypoints 8-12

We are on Washington Olympic Loop Scenic Highway 101. We are staying at a campground in Sequim, Washington, which is at the northern end of the loop. This stages of the loop has us doing waypoints 8-12. Waypoint 8 is the town of Port Angeles and is a Ferry Port to Victoria British Columbia, it is also the gateway to Olympic National Park. From here we went to waypoint 9, Hurricane Ridge so named because the winds can blow up to 100 miles per hour. From here we went back to Port Angeles and cough highway 112 to the town of Neah Bay which is the northwestern most point in the lower 48. On the way to Neah Bay in the Strait of Juan De Fuca we saw two Bald Eagles. From Neah Bay it was back to the main loop and to Lake Crescent then back to the campground.
